Support
Wild Relic is in testing and support comes from the small team building it. We read everything.
There is no support email address yet. We would rather say that than print one that bounces, and until our mail is set up anything sent to an address on this domain goes nowhere. The moment it works it will be at the top of this page.
Everything below is a route that works today.
Something wrong in the world
This is the fastest way to reach us and it needs nothing but the app. If a treasure is somewhere unsafe or unreachable, or another player's content should not be there, report it from the thing itself. Reports go straight to the moderation queue, and reporting a spot from the app attaches what we need to act on it. You can also block any player from their profile, which takes effect immediately and does not wait on us.
If somebody is in danger, call the emergency services. We are not one.
Deleting your account
You do not need to contact us, and you do not need the app installed. Use the account deletion page, or in the app go to Settings, then Privacy. The page explains exactly what is removed and what survives in anonymised form.
Your data
The app can build you a complete export of everything Wild Relic holds about you, from Settings. What we collect and why is set out in the privacy policy.
